Book in a start date, followed by receiving a link to sign up & download our programming app onto your phone.

SET UP YOUR REHAB
SUPPORT GROUP
We'll set up your rehab group, with your rehab/ performance lead and our Head of Athletic Performance & Rehab.

PRE-SCREENING & ASSESSMENT
We'll get you to complete a detailed consultation form, understanding your injury & performance history, accompanied by appropriate screening & benchmarking. This will give us a great starting point to build upon
4.
YOUR PROGRAM IS BUILT
Your Coach will build your program, book in a welcome call to talk through the screening, program and what's to come.

Who's Our Online Coaching For?
Our online coaching is for anyone, working with a diverse population, returning recreational & high performance athletes back to sport.

Is There a Minimum Age?
Our online coaching & physio services support from 14 years old. We find this the age to utilise the program delivery, where there is a level of independence to complete the program.
For youth athletes, we ask for a parent / guardian to be in the rehab group. Our specialists will work with both the athlete and parent, guiding the rehab and answering questions.

We've broken down the walls of traditional rehab to bring 24/7 support with your very own rehab WhatsApp group.
Ontop of this, you'll have at minimum 2 experts in your group to support your journey.
This structured with weekly check-ins, all video reviews being actioned within 24 hours, and a place to ask questions / look for support anytime!
