1️⃣ Free Discovery Call

Your journey begins with a free discovery call to understand your injury, current stage of ACL rehabilitation, and whether our online ACL rehab program is the right fit for you. On This call we discuss:

• your injury history
• surgical details if applicable
• your current stage of recovery
• your return-to-sport goals

2️⃣ Rehabilitation Review & Planning

Once you join the programme we review:

• surgical protocols
• previous ACL rehab progress
• your current physical capacity

You’ll meet with your assigned rehabilitation specialist to review your current stage of ACL recovery and outline the structure of the next phase of rehabilitation, covering expectations, key focus areas, and the benchmarking criteria that will guide your progression through each stage of ACL rehabilitation.

3️⃣ Personalised ACL Rehabilitation Plan

Following your consultation, we design a personalised ACL rehabilitation programme delivered through our coaching app.

Your plan progresses through structured phases designed to restore strength, movement control, and confidence while preparing you for the physical demands of sport.

Exercises are supported with detailed video guidance so you always know exactly what to focus on during each stage of ACL recovery.

Early Stage Rehabilitation

Who is your online ACL rehab programme for?

Our online ACL rehabilitation programme supports both recreational and high-performance athletes recovering from ACL injury or ACL reconstruction.

We work with athletes at many different stages of rehabilitation, from pre-surgery preparation through to return-to-sport preparation.

For youth athletes, we ask that a parent or guardian is included in the rehabilitation support group.

When should I start the ACL rehab programme?

Ideally, athletes begin rehabilitation support as soon as possible after ACL injury.

Starting early allows us to guide pre-operative preparation, restore knee strength and movement, and help prepare you for surgery and the early stages of rehabilitation.

Entering surgery with a stronger, well-prepared knee can significantly improve early recovery and rehabilitation progress.

How long does ACL rehabilitation take?

Returning to sport after ACL reconstruction typically takes 9–12 months, depending on the individual athlete, their sport, and rehabilitation progress.

Many athletes remain in our programme throughout this period to ensure they progress safely through each stage of recovery and confidently meet return-to-sport criteria.

Our programme operates on a flexible monthly subscription, meaning there is no minimum commitment.

How much support do I receive in the programme?

Athletes receive continuous support through a dedicated rehabilitation WhatsApp group with direct access to their assigned rehabilitation specialist.

Video reviews are typically responded to within 24 hours, ensuring rehabilitation continues to progress safely and effectively.
