Since 2014, our goal has been to deliver a comprehensive360-degree approach and a professional perspective (Proview) on sports analysis, rehabilitation, and performance.
Proview Sports features two departments, one dedicated to sports coaching and game analysis, whilst we serve as the hub for all aspects of physical development.
We have always aimed provide industry-leading support to everyone, from practitioners and practices to the latest advancements in sports science.
Our multi-disciplinary team has been cultivated in high-performance environments, ensuring that when you partner with us, have a complete performance department at your disposal.

Nick Lane

Nick’s background in biomechanics underpins his work across intensive rehabilitation, breaking recurring injury cycles, and elevating athletic performance. He has supported 400+ ACL athletes back to sport and full fitness through a structured, evidence-led approach.
Alongside his clinical work, Nick oversees both the online and in-clinic operations, ensuring the team can deliver consistently high-quality support. He also consults on performance environments, advising organisations & teams on their performance and rehabilitation systems.

Gwen Crabb
BSC

Gwen’s strength lies in her ability to merge evidence-based performance training with the lived experience of navigating an ACL return to competition. Having been through the process herself at elite level, she understands the physical demands, psychological barriers, and performance expectations that athletes face. As a result, she leads rehab with a uniquely informed, athlete-centred approach that prioritises long-term resilience and high-performance readiness.

Jake Roe

Currently Head of Medical at Forest Green Rovers, Jake brings a wealth of high-performance experience to Proview Sports. Having progressed through the Birmingham City FC Academy system, he has worked across the full pathway from youth development to senior-level football. His background equips him with exceptional clinical judgement, advanced injury management skills, and a deep understanding of the demands placed on elite athletes

As Head of S&C at Cheltenham Ladies College and S&C Coach for the British Eventing Pathway, Hannah works with athletes of all levels to develop strength, fitness, and performance. At Proview Sports, she applies this expertise in our Cheltenham clinic, delivering tailored training and sports science support to help clients reach their goals safely and effectively.

Beth is a Sport Psychology practitioner in training who works closely with clients navigating intensive rehabilitation and aspiring performers looking to elevate their mindset. She brings practical sport psych frameworks, performance strategies, and reflective support to help athletes build confidence, manage setbacks, and stay mentally engaged throughout their journey.
Beth is a 3 x PWR Champion with Gloucester-Hartpury alongside Wales Performance Squad.
